My Growth Journey

The highlight of working here was learning how to collaborate effectively in a team. Scrum meetings and sprints taught me how to communicate with both the marketing and development teams. Our design team was consistent, and I learned about Design Systems from the senior designer.

Through my collaboration with the marketing team, I gained experience in A/B testing and learned how to design eye-catching banners and onboarding screens, especially for our target audience—students.

My primary focus was on the UI of the mobile app, but I also worked on the web admin panel. Additionally, I conducted user experience testing with university staff to improve the admin panel.

I also gained hands-on experience in UX testing, applying principles from different universities and conducting direct tests with students who used the app.
